The mural is gone, and whatever it was part of has been torn down. The address indicated is now a dirt construction site.

Mural of Dorothy, the Scarecrow, Lion, Tin Man, and Emerald City Guard. Located in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, ten minutes away from the Judy Garland Museum.
