Ruland Junction Train Museum

It's in a cool building. It wasn't open when we arrived. The sign had a phone number to call if they weren't open during the stated times. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to wait for someone to come. [Annie, 04/19/2022]

Ruland Junction Train Museum

Toy trains and train-related memorabilia are part of a collection that has been amassed for over a half-century, housed in a replica of an old rural train depot. The first floor exhibits are standard gauge trains, most from the 1920s and '30s, and a library with an extensive collection of books and magazines about trains, transportation, and their history. The second floor has five interactive layouts representing O, HO, and S gauge trains. Although the emphasis is on Lionel trains, there are American Flyer, Marx, and MTH as well.
