Felt, Oklahoma: Sit On Three States At Once

An elevated post in a dusty patch of rangeland marks the spot where Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas meet. Room for only one sitter at a time.

Tri-State Marker

Texas State Line Rd, Felt, OK
From US-412 either 12 miles west of Felt, OK, or 11.5 miles east of Clayton, NM, turn south on an unmarked dirt road at the OK-NM state line. Drive 1.5 miles. The road ends at another dirt road (Texas State Line Rd). The marker is just south of this intersection, on the south side of a barbed wire fence. You can easily walk around it to the left; you'll see the dirt path worn into the grass.
