- I-81 exit 188, just north of the I-84 merge. Turn south onto PA-347/N. Blakley St. Drive south a half-mile. Turn right at the Fidelity Bank (no stoplight) onto Electric St. Drive nine blocks (about one mile). Turn right at the stoplight onto N. Washington Ave. Drive a half-mile. The Biden house will be on the right, just past the sign for Marywood University, opposite the intersection of Fisk St. Private property; visible from the street.
