Le Sueur, Minnesota: Green Giant Sign
Mounted on a pole in a park -- 2-D Green Giant. The Jolly Green Giant was "born" in Le Sueur in 1925, the name of a new variety of pea, the mascot inspired by Grimm's Fairy Tales. A relic of pride and industry of the former cannery town.

The town once displayed several old large Green Giant signs, formerly at the Minnesota Valley Canning Company (which became Green Giant) canning plant, part of the collection of the local museum. The museum closed in 2018. This Giant appears to be a lone survivor.
