We drove through Pomeroy to see the Rainbow Muffler Man, and were surprised to find a Uniroyal Gal with him! I did not see her on the Roadside America Muffler Man map or on any tips page, so I'm not sure when she arrived. She sports an intricate tattoo and stands alongside the Muffler Man at Rainbow Gas.
