- I-90 exit 5. Turn north onto Spokane St. Make first left (Exxon station) onto 7th Ave. After the road bends right, make an immediate left onto Treaty Rock Rd (it looks like a driveway), then a left into the small parking lot. Follow the walking trail to Treaty Rock.
