Tugboat On Land

The Captain Al James, steel pusher-style tug boat, was constructed in 1959. It was designed specifically to meet the challenges it would face on the Columbia River. It was retired in 1972 and is now displayed along the Columbia River Heritage Trail in Boardman, Oregon.
