Rooster with Top Hat

Passing through Weaverville, heading east towards Reading, there is a statue of a rooster wearing a top hat at the entrance of the Sidney Gulch RV Park. The rooster is on the south side of the road, near what looks to be a corner motel.

This courtly rooster is not huge and is on a trailer, so its presence may be temporary.
