I'm a member of the "WASTED KREWE" Mardi Gras group in Baton Rouge, LA. We have a muffler man and he's been in several floats with us. He's been John Wayne Bobbett, David Letterman, etc. We change his attire each year. Sometime he's on the mardi-gras float sometime he's parked on the parade route. By far he's the biggest party animal.
