Frederick, Maryland: Hidden Bull Statue

Bronze, anatomically complete, and tucked nearly out of sight along a downtown alley.

149 W. Patrick St., Frederick, MD
Downtown, just east of the bridge across Caroll Creek, on the north side of MD-144/W. Patrick St. There's an alley between 149 and 151 that leads to a parking lot behind the buildings. As you enter the alley, the bull will be on the right. A sign warns, "No Loitering."

Hidden Bull Statue

A full-size, anatomically-complete statue of a bull is hiding in the financial/legal area of downtown Frederick. I don't know why this statue is where it is; you'd think it would be more prominently displayed. My only guess is that this extremely accurate rendering of a bull -- it's definitely not a steer -- might be slightly embarrassing.
