Purchased by Scissorhands fans Joey and Sharon Licalzi in 2020, who've restored its exterior to the way it looked in the 1990 movie. They conduct limited tours, arranged in-advance, and hope to eventually open to the public.

- I-75 exit 275. Drive west about two miles on FL-56/54, then get into the left-hand turn lane. Turn left onto Carpenters Run Blvd. Drive a quarter-mile. Turn left onto Tinsmith Circle, then turn left at the stop sign. Follow the street around a right turn, then drive one block. You'll see the house on the right.
