Ned Flanders Bridge

The Ned Flanders plaque is only on the one side of the bridge.

[Kelly Soprych, 01/11/2022]

The plaque is inset flat into the ground on the northeast corner of the pedestrian bridge. It's the spot furthest from any potentially dangerous traffic. Ned Flanders would appreciate that.
