Asiel the Mammoth

The tusks of "Asiel," a Columbian Mammoth, are on display in a restaurant. The tusks were unearthed in 2003 during excavation of a cavernous sand pit. The sand pit is now Mammoth Lake, which is used for scuba diving and is located behind the restaurant.
