Made of full-color cement in the early 1990s. Lincoln sits in a chair. His head was stolen by a drunk in July 2021, but it was returned.

East side of the city. On the south side of E. Broadway Ave., opposite Sam's Club. Turn south onto Oak Lane (no stoplight) and you'll see Lincoln ahead, on the right.
