A fearsome, razor-toothed shark maw has been painted on the side of this railroad overpass to discourage too-tall trucks from smashing into it.

Midtown. From US-412 turn north at the stoplight onto S. Grand Ave. Drive four blocks. Turn right at the stoplight onto E. Maine Ave. You'll see the Shark bridge straight ahead.

"Bridge Shark" is an official city-sponsored artwork, proposed by artist Wayne Shearon as a way to stop trucks from smashing into this railroad overpass. Painted in 2014. Trucks still get mauled by the bridge, but the artwork is now considered an Enid landmark.
