A small-but-mighty museum-quality exhibit is dedicated to the life and career of Fred "Mister" Rogers. Interpretive panels and photos provide a lot of history and fun facts. Who knew that car thieves once stole Rogers' vehicle, but returned it after learning it was his? Display cases contain his sneakers, his sweaters (knitted by his mom), the TV show trolley, and those hand puppets that totally creeped me out as a kid and still do to this day!
