Original Santa Claus Land Statue
This 22 foot high granite statue was erected in 1935, weighs over 40 tons, and sits on the site of the original location of Santa Claus Land. The statue is back off of Route 245 on a hill. I parked in a construction company's parking lot and walked up the hill to take the picture. It is near Holiday World Amusement park. A fiberglass replica of this statue sits in front of the Santa Claus Town Hall building.
