Built by Jimmy "Double Dutch" Kimble in his yard in 2004, in protest over the city's watered-down African American Family Monument. Despite his serious message, Double Dutch has added sculptures of Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, and others, because he likes kids.

It's at the end of an alley behind this man's house. Very impressive effort. all constructed by one man from papier-mache. He's so proud of his work, and happy when people stop. Not much cohesion in the story he seems to be trying to tell, but I am happy I got to see this folk art.
