Falfurrias, Texas: Don Pedrito Jaramillo Shrine
The shrine is built around the grave of Jaramillo, who performed healings on hundreds of people a day. Next to his grave is his folk art statue, often bedecked with offerings.

- Northeast of town. Exit US-281 at Falfurrias and follow signs for TX-285. Turn east onto TX-285 and drive a little over a mile. Turn left at the blinker onto FM-1418. Drive about two miles. The shrine is on the right, opposite the brown Historical Marker sign on the left.

His grave is inside the shrine building in the Jaramillo family cemetery; next to his grave is his folk art statue that's often bedecked with offerings. The adjacent Don Pedro Jaramillo Curio Shop ("Buy your candles here!") appears to have been padlocked for some time.
