Wisconsin Dells' newest attraction -- Top Secret -- an upside-down White House, was broken into after hours on June 13. ... [06/30/2004] Complete News StoryTop Secret looks GREAT from the outside...a huge, upside-down White House with a car, flashing its emergency lights, slammed into the side. What wonders could lurk inside this attraction? With a name like "Top Secret", nobody is going to tell you. You have to find out yourself.
Don't bother. There are a few rooms, one with an alien operation (autopsy) going on, an upside-down Oval Office with a mannequin -- "Our President" -- Bill Clinton (isn't he in Harlem now?) making Monica jokes, a few (and I mean FEW) surprise "jump-out-at-yous," one cool section of floor with rolling walls, and then the grand finale...an ATM and Coke machine as you are unceremoniously dumped by the tour guide so she can go get the next unsuspecting batch of $12 paying fools. It looks like an attraction that had a big promoter at first, who then bailed after constructing the outside and left the filling up of the inside to whoever took it over.
