Spinning Chandelier

A large chandelier hangs under the Granville Bridge. At 10 pm nightly this kinetic sculpture lights up, lowers, and spins to music (which sometimes doesn't work).

The chandelier receiving criticism as its price tag was $4.8 million, which many felt could have been put to better use considering Vancouver's large homeless population.
