This might be better called "Adults Watch Children Play Baseball in Traffic." The sculpture's real title is "Bases Loaded" and it features Little League Baseball players on each corner of a busy intersection as four adults, including President George W. Bush, Jackie Robinson, and Cy Young, look on.
