Small plaque on a boulder marks where a Cold War era B-52D bomber crashed in 1958, on a simulated training run to bomb Minneapolis-St. Paul. Seven people died, nine were injured.

- at base of water tower along frontage road South edge of St. Paul. US-52 exit at MN-56/Concord Blvd. From the south, continue straight onto Broderick Blvd; from the north, turn right onto MN-56, then left at the stoplight onto Broderick Blvd. Drive a half-mile. The crash site is on the left, marked with flagpoles, at the base of the water tower.
