The Jon Bon Jovi Service Area in South Amboy has a Starbucks and bathrooms but also celebrates New Jersey native Jon Bon Jovi and others born in the Garden State. Inside there are quotes and pictures from New Jersey celebrities: Jack Nicholson, Bobby Brown, Paul Robeson, Peter Benchley, Harriet Tubman, Buzz Aldrin, Albert Einstein, Gloria Gaynor, Walt Whitman, Dick Vitale.
