The Magic Hat

This outdoor art sculpture of a large top hat and cane is located across from the Variety Theatre. It appears to have been created in 2015 by an artist gentleman named Stephen Manka and to be known as The Magic Hat.

Manka has created many puzzling outdoor sculptures in Cleveland. The attached red bench is supposed to be a scarf.
