A beautiful courtyard with famous names entered on rocks outlined a walk way. As in the Roadside America book, it states rock touched by Helen Keller. We don't know if the rock was touched by Helen Keller or any of the other rocks were touched by the famous. We asked a lot of the students passing by, but none of them told us... they had no idea why the courtyard was even there. Still a nice place to get out and stretch your legs.

The Walk was begun in 1929 by then-College president Hamilton Holt. We were told years ago that the only rock indisputably touched by a famous person at its original location is the one from Helen Keller's home. The other rocks are merely associated with the famous. No Hitler rock -- this is a walk of fame, not infamy.
