A huge needle and thread honoring the National Quilting Museum is on a random street corner. Nowhere near the museum. A giant nameplate lets everyone know who the artist is and seems to scream this artwork is copyrighted!! Love how the thread weaves in and out of the ground.

A twenty-two-foot high chrome-plated steel needle and thread sculpture, formally titled "E Pluribus Unum," is the work of artist Michael Terra. It was commissioned to honor the quilting and crafts culture in Paducah, highlighted by "QuiltWeek," the city's annual quilt show.
