Milton, Massachusetts: Piece of the Oldest U.S. Railroad
The Granite Railway was built in 1826 to connect a quarry to the Neponset River. A rusted metal "frog" rail is displayed at the base of a blocky monument of granite, which notes that the rail was exhibited at the 1893 World's Fair.

Interesting little piece of history. Located across from the fanciest post office we've ever seen. The post office used to be a boarding house for railroad employees. Plenty of free on street parking, even during rush hour.
