Outside St Jean's Cannery and smokehouse there is a giant smoked salmon can! You can bring the fish you've caught here for processing or you can purchase smaller cans to take with you (There was also signage that said that the cannery no longer offered tours, which was a bummer). When I visited and asked about the can, they said it also served as a museum of their history. I don't know how tall it is, but it's at least a story tall since it was very spacious inside.
