The second overhang is on the right. Walk through and go to the left. Bishop Earth Tater stands in the corner of the outside dining area for the restaurant. Beautiful repurposing of old factory buildings.

In 1999, somewhere between 44-47 Mr Potato Head statues were installed around the state by Rhode Island Economic Development Corp to promote tourism. This is one of the dozen or so still left scattered about.
