The "Flue" sculptor, Thomas Sayre, creates large-scale works of art by digging into the earth and pouring in concrete.

Sayre said that Flue, erected in 2017, was built on the site of a former tobacco warehouse, and that the shapes mimic the facades of tobacco barns.
