Medina, Ohio: Large Indian Head
Not giant; maybe eight feet high. Carved professionally out of wood. The Indian is wearing feathers that look large enough for a much bigger Indian head.

Large Indian Head
There is a large carved wooden Indian head at the entrance to the Portsmouth Cove subdivision in the southern part of Medina. It is fairly easy to see, but is best seen when heading south out of town. I tried to get some info about it but I had no luck.
