Every summer Lancaster places 20 colorfully painted pianos around downtown, and the public is free to play them. A location map can be picked up at the midtown Welcome Center.

Music For Everyone is an organization that raises money to provide musical education and musical instruments to needy students in Lancaster County. During the summer they place variously decorated pianos throughout downtown for people to play.
This year there are 19 in town. I found quite a few of them, and some were being played at the time I saw them.
