This is perhaps the largest 1911 Pistol in the United States: a 12:1 scale replica made of wood, measuring 8'1" long by 5'4" high. It's inside the inner gate on Bassi Ranch (Distinguished Pistol Outdoor Shooting Range) north of Mebane, so to see it you have to visit the ranch during operating hours.
