This is a decommissioned Peacekeeper Missile control facility. It is part of the Wyoming State Park system. They have the topside preserved as it was plus an excellent history of missile development and the politics of the time that made these places necessary. You can also, for a small fee, tour the underground control facility from which a number of missiles could be launched.
