The Giant Spur is a funky entrance to a summer camp, Camp Champions. I went there as a kid. On the side of it, there is a plaque for a camp counselor, Ryan Dickerson, that passed away due to drowning in 2007. The camp still honors his life today, and campers are told he was a great man.
