[Craig Smye, 08/16/2018]I've been to this place in 1995 when it was open. It was called resto UFO and you could be served by a robot, chatting its way up to your table on a rail. The whole place used to be an experiment ground for an inventor. The guy is said to have invented the playtex milk bag so that's why he had all the money for those things. The big dome thing used to be a place where you could experience the feeling of parachuting without jumping from a plane, and the pyramid is a mausoleum for those expecting to be reborn on another planet.

This neglected property is nevertheless still an eye-catcher from Provincial Rte. 20 somewhere between Trois-Rivieres and Montreal. Approaching from the north, a huge cross made of what looks like scaffolding but isn't is visible from a considerable distance. There is a steel anemometer tower resembling three giant breasts, an abandoned diner built as a 1950's silver UFO with giant antennae, a pyramid and huge golf ball.
