Ormond Beach, Florida: Ruins of Rio Vista
The Florida land bust of the late 1920s ended a little utopia named Rio Vista on the Hallifax. All that remains are a pair of road-flanking neo-Roman arches and columns, and steps leading down to a mossy canal that was supposed to be traveled by Venice-style gondolas.
