Directions:
The drive-in entrance is just north of town on the east side of US Hwy 1/Columbia Hwy N. If you're driving south, it's just past the grain elevators on the opposite (west) side of the highway. The peach is not easily visible from the road.

The Monetta Drive-In Theatre projects movies from a giant peach.

The drive-in opened on April 26, 1951; the peach is a newer addition. It's difficult to see from the outside, beyond the freeloader-proof walls.

Monetta Drive-In: Last in South Carolina

The only drive-in movie theater in South Carolina that is still in operation. The sound now comes through your car radio! This drive-in is complete with the original concession stand.
