Brick Head 3

According to its plaque, artist James Tyler built Brick Head 3 in 2004 (the first two were in New York and were temporary). It says that the head has "an internal sound element activated by motion sensors" that "reference the construction of ideas through the machinations of the mind."

Tyler subsequently built an even bigger clanging head of bricks in Lincoln, Nebraska.
