Formally called "Fine Balance." This art piece overlooks the Petaluma River and Steamer Landing park. The David Yearsley Heritage Center is visible to the side. Some in Petaluma consider the tubs to be an eyesore, while others enjoy their company. The tubs have feet, which are tied to the stilts. They are truly walking on stilts.
