Spotted this on the drive to Mount Rushmore and the copious other roadside attractions in the area and couldn't believe it's not already listed!

The arches, made in 1967 of laminated Douglas Fir, were supposed to be part of a planned Rushmore Memorial Arch Park that was never built.
