Lonely Shoe Tree.

Shoe Tree

On the east side of Highway 155, which runs along Banks Lake north of Coulee City, is a very lonely tree that has been adopted as the final resting place for peoples' discarded shoes. It's not the most heavily adorned shoe tree, but not the leanest, either. Not bad considering that the area is remote and not densely populated.
