Tall Paul.

Tall Paul

Tall Paul is a 20-foot-high puppet created in a 2022 art show. It was added to the Village of Plain as a roadside attraction in 2023.

[Ryan Kelley, 12/17/2024]

The plaque on Tall Paul's chair shows him as he looked in 2022, puppet arms and legs in motion on a mobile hydraulic lift "with a choreographed large paper mache vegetable performance from area youth." He's much less frightening now.
