There are several giant champagne bottles scattered around NJ, all built in the 1920s. The best preserved one is east of New Gretna (south of Tuckerton), followed by the one on Rt. 30 in Cologne. When last we looked, the Bayville Bottle had been painted over to become a sign for the IGA supermarket that stands next door (Dec. 2004 update - no longer touting the IGA, now it advertises "Champagne Propane"). The Renault Winery (which built these things) must be pissed.
