Danish Mill Park. South end of town. From US-52 turn west (no stoplight) onto Division St. Drive one mile to the town square and windmill on the right.

Danish Windmill

This windmill was built in 1902 eleven miles north of Kenmare by a Danish immigrant. It now stands in the center of town in a little park. You can climb to the top of the windmill and see the grindstones. There is a visitors' log inside as well.

The mill was in use until 1918 and was moved into town in 1959.
