Looks like the they have been recently painted. Interesting to see all the parts that were used to create these sculptures.

This is in response to your mystery photos for the Pile Nov. 2003. The "working" robots are actually "playing music" (a drummer, a keyboardist, etc), and they're outside a garage on the east side of Route 54 in Buena, NJ (between Vineland and Hammonton).
