My husband and I took a vacation to Georgia last year, and our first stop was Atlanta. As a faithful Roadside America reader, I was hoping I could add a useful tip to one of the many attractions we had visited. Walking around Turner Field, I came across the Coca-Cola bottle made out of baseball gear. It's absolutely fascinating up close.
The ballpark also has larger-than-life Coke bottle benches, as well as Coke bottle cannons that celebrate every run scored by a Brave. The bronze-statues of Hall-of-Famers are hard to miss as you enter the ballpark. Overall, Turner Field is definitely worth the trip, even for a Texas Rangers fan.

It's part of a 22,000 sq. ft. "Coke fan attraction" open to the public. The sculpture includes, among other items: 2,000 Coke cans, 6,680 baseballs, 290 bats, 18 catcher mitts, 64 bases, 2,000 bottle caps....
