The Cowboy still stands in front of Don's Swap Shop which is open when Miss Daisy feels like coming in (it gets mighty hot in Okla!) She said it was coming down for temporary repairs and re-painting.

There are no candles in his hands and as far as I know; he never had candles in his hands as I have been camping near here for 7 or more years. Note that the position of his hands most likely had him originally holding a rifle. He still has the holster and pistol and his belt buckle denotes "Don's Swap Shop Grove, OK." Don's swap shop has closed down but the old cowboy still stands tall guarding the building.
